Livingstone University College is named after the famous Dr. David Livingstone, a physician, missionary and visionary who dedicated his life to the exploration and service of Africa.
Founded in 2018, our university perpetuates this legacy of service and excellence, training leaders capable of positively transforming their community.

Accreditation by Ministerial Order No. 610/381 of 27/03/2018. First classes held at the FECABU Church premises in Ruziba, Kabezi Commune.
Campus installation at Avenue du Large, Kinindo-Kibenga, offering better facilities for students.
Opening of two sites: the St Michel Parish premises in Rohero I and the Buyenzi Trade Incubation Center.
Official graduation of the first Bachelor's degree holders in Actuarial Sciences (Statistics and Probability option) and Development Studies (Community Development option).
Continuation of activities at the St Michel Parish premises and extension to Avenue de la Solidarité, Rohero I.
Installation at the Former Lycée de l'Unité in Rohero I, offering modern facilities and an environment conducive to learning.
Opening of enrollment for the new 2026 academic year, welcoming new candidates to the 2 faculties (7 departments, 10 programs).
